Derek dos Anjos

is the Chef/manager of the Atrium Food MKT. With 20+ years of cooking experience in New York City, Brooklyn, and Chicago he is an established name in the Cincinnati food scene. Derek was the creative force and owner behind the beloved seafood restaurant The Anchor and the New School BBQ concept Parts & Labor. With his bold flavors and eclectic ingredients his restaurants have won numerous Best of Cincinnati Awards and have been recognized nationally. Derek works to bring community together thru food and celebrates the joys of living and eating well.
